Our staff provides commercial appraisals for banks, individuals and attorneys for varying purposes such as foreclosure, IRS, estate, divorce, partnership negotiations and assisting buyers and sellers in due diligence. We also provide insurance replacement cost estimates and expert witness litigation support. We are proficient at appraising vacant land, office, retail, multifamily, lodging, industrial, single family subdivisions and special purpose properties. Our appraisers cover the Tampa Bay area including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Manatee and Sarasota counties.
